Excell Program

The Excell Program is an academically enriched program for Black and other minority students that provides PSAT and SAT classes, and an educational enhancement for students in mathematics, biology, physics, chemistry and computer enrichment. The Excell program was established by the Los Angeles Council of Black Professional Engineers in March 1989, as a pilot project. The program strives to stimulate student interest in learning math and science which will be the prime focus for careers in future years. This program is in constant review and is constantly upgraded to meet the needs of our students.
